If ALTISSIA can now claim to be one of the best online platforms for learning languages, it is without doubt due to the motivation and enthusiasm of the whole team. This pluridisciplinary team is composed of professional linguists, expert web programmers, experienced managers and numerous speakers who helped us with ALTISSIA recordings.

Management

Marc Vandenhaute

Chief Executive Officer

Marc is responsible for the strategical development and overall organisation of ALTISSIA. His main responsibilities are the development of the commercial strategy, marketing and the management of the company's administration and finance.

Nicolas-Louis Boël

Managing Director

Nicolas-Louis is in charge of the day to day running of the company, and more specifically responsible for the commercial strategy, marketing, financial and administrative management of the company.

Cédric Bounameaux

Business Development Manager

Cédric manages the overall development of the learning platform. He coordinates the linguistic and IT team. He is also in charge of the webmarketing strategy as well as the business development in Belgium. He has been involved with ALTISSIA since the very start. He qualified in management at l'IAG (UCL 2003) and also has a CEMS MIM (Masters in International Management, UCL-ESADE 2003).

Pierre-Yves Dufays

Lead Developer

Pierre-Yves is in charge of defining and implementing ALTISSIA's IT solutions, which includes improving and maintaining the online platform, as well as internal content-editing tools.

Lénaïc Tribolet

Webdesigner

Lénaïc is ALTISSIA's web designer. His job is to develop ALTISSIA's webpages, graphical elements which feature on the site and various company documents. He also manages most of the multimedia elements on ALTISSIA's platform.

Damienne de Gottal

French coordinator

Damienne is ALTISSIA's coordinator for French. She joined the team with twenty years' experience in teaching French as a foreign language. With one foot in France and another in Belgium, Damienne has several passions: her children, of course, as well as D.I.Y. and African dance.
