No problem! Buy a new pack valid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months to reload your existing account and continue your language training.

You can log onto ALTISSIA as often and as much as you wish from any computer with an Internet connection.

Just go to www.altissia.com and type in your personal login and password.

ALTISSIA currently offers courses in 5 languages: English, Dutch, German, Spanish and French. All explanations and translations are also available in these 5 languages.

You can change your study language and the translation language without any restrictions.

ALTISSIA constantly evolves and broadens its offer both in terms of courses and tools.

As an ALTISSIA user, you’ll always have free access to all new functions and language courses for the duration of your pack.

Priority will be given to 6 and 12-month users whose messages will be handled within 24 (working) hours.

All purchases on ALTISSIA are secured via the Ogone secure payment system. Payment-related data is encrypted via SSL protocol, which means it cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. We don’t keep records of your payment-related data either.

Ogone is a technical service provider and will not handle any claims related to orders. Any order-related claims should be addressed directly to ALTISSIA and/or your bank.
