15-week e-learning program combined with phone courses

Getting started: placement test & needs analysis
The placement test combines both a written and oral test with the coach. The initial phone call will help the coach evaluate the student’s level and ascertain what he needs and wants to learn for his job.
Elaboration of a customized personal training program
After the test, the coach establishes a 15-week learning program adapted to the student’s level and needs. The student has a weekly plan with lessons to learn on ALTISSIA®.
Training & Coaching
The student then starts working individually, at his own pace, following the program provided by his coach. He is free at any time to e-mail a question to his coach.
The coach regularly follows his progress via our reporting tool, provides some advice and answers the student’s questions. He is also there to provide motivation when needed.
Phone courses
Each phone course focuses on applying the acquired vocabulary and grammar to real communication situations. At the end of each 30-minute course, the coach sums up the key points learned in an e-mail to the student.
End of session evaluation & report
In the final week, a concluding phone call is scheduled to test the level achieved and debrief the student. HR managers then receive a personal report written by the coach, evaluating the efforts and progress made. They can also track the progress made at any stage with our reporting tool.

We have automated registration procedures and offer the option to integrate ALTISSIA®’s logon on your corporate Intranet, Extranet or learning platform.
