Our effective Reporting Tool

For companies and institutions wishing to follow-up the work and progress of their groups of learners, ALTISSIA offers an effective reporting tool.

The reporting tool is made up of two parts:

Summary of group data

This chart shows :

• Login
• Surname
• First name
• Registration date on ALTISSIA
• Access expiry date
• Date of learner’s last session
• Total number of sessions
• Average connexion time per session
• Total time spent on the ALTISSIA platform
• Total time spent on the ALTISSIA platform for each study language

You can easily print this chart or export it into an Excel® document to integrate it to your reports.

Individual learner’s report

This page shows the learning programme of a given learner :

• Personal details: Surname, first name, e-mail, and telephone number
• Date of learner’s last session and total connexion time in the chosen study language
• Weekly connexion time since registration
• A tree structure showing each lesson done in the different ALTISSIA courses
• Detailed scores displayed for each module, topic, lesson and exercise of the learning programme. Two distinct figures show the results achieved in exercises/tests («score») and the percentage of exercises completed out of all the exercises available in a particular section («done»)
• Scores can be displayed in chronological order within a certain period; for example, scores obtained in the last 2 weeks
• A messaging module allows the trainer to contact individual learners directly. Learners can easily reply via the ALTISSIA platform and communicate with their coach
